Smart Manufacturing Factory
Our factory is located in Yuen Long Industrial Park, enjoying complete industrial chain supporting advantages. The factory covers an area of 80 acres, with professional functional areas such as precision machining zone, high-temperature alloy processing zone, structural parts forming workshop, finished product assembly workshop and aerospace standard professional test site. It is equipped with 5 intelligent automatic production lines and 30 AGV intelligent handling robots, with an overall production automation rate of more than 85%.
Production Process
Materials: Standardized centralized procurement of high-temperature alloy raw materials, carbon fiber composite materials, MCU chips, MLCC capacitors and other core raw materials. Intelligent inventory system manages more than 5,000 kinds of production materials all year round.
Manufacturing: High-precision CNC machining, fully automatic SMT assembly, autoclave thermoforming and other mature processes. Stator processing tolerance of precision motor parts is controlled within ±0.002mm, and PCB assembly yield rate is as high as 99.2%.
Assembly & Testing: Aerospace-grade automatic tooling fixtures control the assembly error of all structural parts within 0.05mm. All components pass 12 professional simulation tests and mechanical performance tests, with a pass rate of over 98%.

The company's core R&D team has an average of 8 years of experience in aerospace component and intelligent hardware manufacturing, and has successfully completed the R&D and mass production of more than 10 high-precision product projects.
